Fatigue and mitochondria
by Ray Griffiths
Mitochondria account for 10% of our body weight and, when healthy, provide us with 90% of our body's energy. However, when mitochondria are unhealthy, the consequences on the rest of the body can be serious: contributing to many chronic and degenerative conditions including cancer and Alzheimer's Disease. This insightful seminar will help practitioners identify the mitochondrial dysfunction underlying fatigue, and provide guidance on optimising mitochondrial function through diet and nutritional supplementation.
