About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Time Natural Remedies Department Manager to work on a permanent contract to lead our wellness department.

The role is for 5 days per week with a flexible rota that includes weekends.

This role is perfect for someone who loves nutrition, herbal medicine, supplements, and holistic health – and who also thrives in a busy retail environment.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Leading the natural remedies department: ensuring it runs smoothly day‑to‑day.
  • Supporting and developing your team: coaching, training, and inspiring staff.
  • Delivering exceptional customer care: offering informed, ethical guidance on natural health products.
  • Managing stock and merchandising: ordering, displays, promotions, and seasonal planning.
  • Working closely with senior management: contributing ideas to grow the department.
  • Ensuring compliance and product safety: following all relevant regulations and best practices.
What We Are Looking For
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition and natural health products – supplements, herbal remedies, homeopathy, or related fields.
  • Experience in retail, or department management.
  • A customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive, organised approach to running a department.
  • A genuine passion for wellbeing and helping customers make informed choices.
