Role Overview

Nutrable is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead and evolve our brandโ€™s presence across digital channels.  This role will be responsible for shaping the voice, tone, and creative direction of Nutrableโ€™s social ecosystem โ€” from strategic planning and campaign development to day-to-day content creation and community engagement.

You will bring a deep understanding of how to tell meaningful stories through social media โ€” translating Nutrableโ€™s human-first, science-backed approach into relatable, inspiring, and data-driven content. The role blends creativity and precision: youโ€™ll need to move fast with ideas, maintain attention to detail, and ensure every post strengthens brand trust and recognition.

You will work closely with the marketing, design, and partnerships teams to ensure that all campaigns, launches, and member stories come to life across our social platforms.


Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Develop and execute Nutrableโ€™s multi-platform social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Own and maintain the content calendar acrossย Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent posting cadence and alignment with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Conceptualise and produce engaging multimedia content โ€” including posts, stories, short videos, and reels โ€” that bring the Nutrable brand to life.
  • Craft powerful copy and captions that reflect Nutrableโ€™s voice: human, expert, and motivational.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities to repurpose internal content (e.g., coach quotes, member stories, press features, webinars) for social formats.

Campaign Development

  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and deliver campaign-specific social content around launches, partner announcements, and events.
  • Develop creative campaign ideas that tie into current trends in nutrition, health, and lifestyle culture.
  • Integrate user-generated content and member testimonials into storytelling.

Community Management

  • Manage and moderate Nutrableโ€™sย live โ€œTodayโ€ feedย โ€” our in-app stream of daily nutrition content, insights, and engagement prompts viewed by thousands of members.
  • Ensure the โ€œTodayโ€ feed stays current, educational, and inspiring, curating a balance of professional tips, coach-led stories, and light lifestyle content.
  • Schedule and publish daily posts to align with seasonal topics, trending nutrition themes, and Nutrableโ€™s broader social media calendar.
  • Monitor engagement, comments, and member sentiment across all social platforms and the live feed.
  • Encourage meaningful conversation and connection between members and coaches.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics and engagement rates to identify what resonates most with our audiences.
  • Use analytics tools to measure and report performance across platforms (reach, engagement, conversion, and follower growth).
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations to refine content strategy and improve ROI.
  • Stay abreast of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to maintain Nutrableโ€™s position as an innovative voice in digital nutrition.

Skills, Experience & Tools

Essential Experience

  • 3+ years of professional experienceย managing social media for a wellness, nutrition, or healthcare brand.
  • Proven track record of growing brand engagement and community across multiple platforms.
  • Demonstrated excellence inย copywriting and storytelling, with the ability to communicate nutrition concepts clearly and creatively.
  • Strong visual communication skills โ€” capable of transforming scientific or technical content into digestible, emotionally engaging posts.

Software & Platform Expertise

  • Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics platforms such asย Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Advanced skills inย Canvaย for post design, animation, brand kit management, and export optimisation for different social formats.
  • Familiarity withย Adobe Creative Cloudย (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects) or equivalent creative tools is a strong advantage.
  • Experience editing short-form videos forย Reels, TikTok, and Stories, integrating music, captions, and hooks that enhance reach and retention.
  • Competent inย LinkedIn publishing, Instagram Reels, Facebook Stories, and TikTok trendsย for brand storytelling.
  • Working knowledge ofย Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Insightsย for campaign analysis and reporting.

Nutrition & Domain Expertise

  • Deep understanding ofย nutrition, nutritional therapy, and lifestyle medicineย principles.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex nutrition topics โ€” from macronutrients and gut health to GLP-1 support and behavioural change โ€” in accessible, engaging ways.
  • Experience collaborating with registered nutritionists, dietitians, or health coaches to ensure accuracy and credibility.
  • Awareness of current debates and emerging research within nutrition science, and sensitivity to the nuances of health communication (evidence, ethics, compliance).
  • Authentic passion for wellness and belief in Nutrableโ€™s mission to make expert nutrition support available to all.
