Taking the Medicine: Creating Treatment Plans That Stick

Ever created an amazing care plan for a client, only for them not to follow it – or for things to get worse? Worse still, have you spent hours putting together the perfect amount of information, only for them never to come back and see you again?

So much time, effort and heart often go into creating the perfect plan for our clients, only for it to be ignored. This can knock the confidence of even the most experienced practitioner.

Drawing on her experience as a naturopath, psychotherapist and Product Specialist at The Natural Dispensary, Debbie will explore how to create treatment plans that clients engage with and follow, sharing both her successes and failures along the way.

In this session, Debbie will discuss:

  • Tips for creating treatment plans that clients will engage with
  • How to choose supplements and health tools that clients are more likely to comply with
  • How to help your clients ‘take their medicine’
  • How to leverage our shared humanity in the face of increasing competition from AI-generated treatment plans
