Beyond Symptoms: Nutritional Therapy Approaches to Complex Women’s Health Cases
Emma (Inessa) will explore two women’s health case studies, highlighting how nutritional therapists can move beyond symptom management to identify and address underlying drivers of dysfunction. Through a process of comprehensive case taking, clinical reasoning, targeted testing and personalised nutrition and lifestyle interventions, she will examine the interconnected roles of hormones, gut health, inflammation, nutrient status and the nervous system in complex female health presentations.
