From Plan to Practice: Making Health Work in Real Life
A health plan can look perfectly achievable in the coaching room. But what happens when the client takes it home?
In this engaging and practical session, Kristen Davidson explores the often-unseen part of health coaching: implementation. What happens after the conversation ends, when good intentions meet work, family, tiredness, habits, competing priorities, and life?
We’ll look beyond whether a client has “succeeded” or “failed” and consider what their experience can tell us as coaches. How can we use capacity, capabilities and follow-up conversations to help clients learn, adjust and keep moving forward?
Because sometimes the most useful part of the plan is discovering what happens when someone actually tries to live it.
