Welcome to The ANP Summit Ireland 2026. A naturopathic approach to mental and emotional wellbeing comes to life in this uplifting, practitioner‑focused event exploring how the nervous system, metabolism, toxins, herbal medicine, diet, and the microbiome shape stress and resilience. Through engaging keynote insights and practical, experiential sessions, attendees will learn how to create ‘safety’ in the nervous system, use breath and awareness to shift autonomic states, identify hidden physiological drivers of mental health symptoms, and integrate herbs, diet, and microbiome‑targeted strategies to support clarity, calm, and emotional balance. This is an inspiring, hands‑on day designed to leave practitioners energised, confident, and equipped with simple, effective tools they can use immediately in clinical practice.

Does this count towards CPD hours?
Yes absolutely! The summit will be 8 points towards your CPD requirements. Certificates of attendance will be issued the day after the event.
Will lunch be provided?
Yes! You can join your colleagues, speakers and exhibitors for a delicious, gluten-free lunch at the hotel. Choose from meat or vegan/vegetarian options. This needs to be ordered in advance – you can place your lunch order here.
Is my ticket refundable?
All tickets are 100% refundable within 14 days of the first day of the summit.
