We’re growing our UK team! As our in-store Naturopath, you’ll bring the power of nature to life, educating guests on natural ingredients, essential oils and wellness solutions with expert knowledge and genuine passion.
What you’ll do:
- Educate guests with expert naturopathic insight across our essential oils range and properties, safe use, CO, extracts, absolutes & diffusers.
- Provide personalised natural beauty & wellness advice, from botanical formulation to ready-to-use organic products.
- Host in-store wellness demonstrations & experiences.
- Stay continuously informed and up to date on natural ingredients and product properties, cultivating knowledge through ongoing learning and sharing insights generously with the wider team in a spirit of collaboration.
- Stay at the forefront of natural ingredients & share your knowledge generously.
Who we’re looking for:
- A qualification in Naturopathy is essential (students are welcome)
- Advanced knowledge of essential oils, botanicals & natural cosmetics , AIGE VERA
- A genuine passion for natural wellness & helping people feel their best
- Retail experience with a strong sales track record
- Warm, confident communication skills & a proactive approach

As a passionate ambassador for the Aroma-Zone brand, your mission is to:
Customer Experience & Sales Guidance
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience through warm welcomes, intuitive listening, and meaningful product advice across all areas of the store.
- Guide guests with expert insight through the full Aroma-Zone essential oils range – from their properties and methods of use to important safety considerations, including CO2 extracts, absolutes, dispersants, and diffusers.
- Offer support in natural beauty and wellness solutions – including DIY skincare kits, ready-to-use organic products, and formulation guidance for at-home cosmetic creation.
- Lead the launch of new products in partnership with product development teams. You play a key role in staff training, visual merchandising, in-store storytelling, and category planning to bring new innovations to life.
- Stay continuously informed and up to date on natural ingredients and product properties, cultivating knowledge through ongoing learning – and sharing insights generously with the wider team in a spirit of collaboration.
- Host in-store demonstrations and mini-experiences that excite and engage.
Commercial Performance
- Monitor the store’s commercial indicators as shared by your manager and actively contribute to reaching key targets.
- Support the increase in average basket size and help build customer loyalty by confidently introducing the Aroma-Zone loyalty programme and other meaningful services.
Store Operations
- Engage fully in the rhythm of store life – always offering proactive ideas to improve organisation and elevate the guest experience.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked and test stations are maintained. Monitor product levels, prevent out of stocks, manage facing and advanced stock rotation, and check expiry dates with care.
- Help with the safe reconditioning of open products used in store, when needed.
- Work in collaboration with the team to keep shelves and displays immaculate – ensuring excellent presentation, signage, label clarity, digital stations, and tester quality. Support inventory and cycle counts.
- Safeguard the well-being of both customers and the team by identifying and managing risks, preventing shrinkage, and handling tense situations with calm authority.
- Act as a spokesperson for the brand when required – including potential press, photo, video, or media appearances.
- Ensure that the stores general cleanliness is upheld
What you’ll bring
Professional Knowledge
- Background in Naturopathy or a related qualification
- Advanced knowledge of essential oils, absolutes, and CO2 extracts – including their benefits, risks, and cosmetic applications.
- Good grounding in natural cosmetics, botanical extracts, and skin-related knowledge
- Dedication to lifelong learning – with a deep interest in natural wellness, ingredients, and innovations
- Confident navigating the store and guiding customers with ease
Personal Qualities
- A passion for natural beauty, wellness, and helping people feel their best.
- Previous retail or hospitality experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to make compelling product recommendations.
- A results-driven mindset — you love to achieve and see the impact of your work.
- Team spirit, flexibility, and a proactive approach.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of pride in delivering a premium customer experience.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Ideally experience in beauty or skincare
