Health Food Shop Staff
We currently have positions at following locations;
- B.Green – Finchley N3 2DN- Part Time
- Healthy Stuff – Marlow SL7 1ER – Part Time
- Natures Corner – Newbury – RG14 1AE Full/Part Time
Job Role:
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Provide basic product knowledge and wellness guidance based on customer needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and product displays
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for transactions and returns
- Receive, unpack, and stock inventory
- Monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper rotation
- Assist in merchandising and promotional setups
- Stay informed about new products and store updates
- Support team members with daily operations and opening/closing procedures
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience preferred (health food or wellness industry a plus)
- Basic knowledge of health foods, supplements, and natural products
- Friendly, approachable, and proactive customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weights and stand for extended periods
