Nutritional Therapist full time role at Wild Nutrition
We are looking for a qualified Nutritional Therapist/Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, with women’s health and supplement recommendation experience and expertise, to join our expanding Nutrition team as a full-time consultant to our customers. Significant clinical experience in women’s health and supplementation, is required. You will be required to take that experience and quickly translate and condense supplement, dietary and lifestyle advice during a short consultation. You will need to feel comfortable balancing the ability to give safe and compassionate, practical advice alongside recommending supplements as a revenue generating side to our business.
This role is full time, based at home (remote working), with some visits over the course of a year, to our Head office in Sussex so you will need to travel for those visits.
You must be someone who thrives on connecting with our customers, conducting video consultations. You will need to work independently, as well as being a team-player, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, playing an integral role in supporting our Customer Care and wider teams.

Responsibilities
- Conduct video & telephone nutrition consultations with customers and potential new customers.
- We may also require you to answer short enquiry emails from customers, but the majority of the role is support via telephone or video consultation.
- There may be some opportunities to represent the brand over social media and at in-person events/training/seminars and trade shows, so we do look for candidates who have the confidence and people skills beyond those required for conducting a consultation.
Requirements
- Diploma, BSc or greater in Nutritional Therapy. If you are a Dietician or Nutritionist, you will need to have experience in 1:1 clinic and be excellent in making supplement protocols for clients.
- Must have significant clinical experience after your qualification has been achieved (please do not count student clinic hours as experience) with verifiable and demonstrable experience in family and women’s health. The major focus of nutrition advice is on female health (and female life stages) since this is our business focus with a product range to match. For example, excellent experience in menstrual health support, fertility, pregnancy, post birth/breastfeeding, perimenopause/menopause, thyroid health, endometriosis and PCOS. We are only looking for candidates with significant experience and expertise in this area.
- Excellent and significant experience using supplements.
- Good experience in using the Food-Grown nutrients/products in clinic.
- Excellent familiarity with popular and up-to-date functional testing, particularly related to female health.
- A ‘plus’ would be any experience in the health, food or wellbeing retail/commercial sector.
- A bonus would be: Some experience with using social media platforms, and that you are comfortable using those mediums to promote nutritional expertise and brand awareness. For example, speaking on video in Instagram Lives.
- A bonus would be: Experience in delivering educational talks would be beneficial, whether at practitioner events, consumer events or for retail teams in store.
- Up to date professional insurance and full membership of a professional nutrition body.
- Excellent communication, organisational and efficiency skills.
