Marie Frost is a Nutritional Therapist, Health Coach and the Lead of the ANP Business Club. With a background in tech and systems, she brings a practical, approach to building a health practice. She runs her own online programmes and courses through her business Nutricore Health, and helps ANP practitioners do the same through the Business Club.
You already have the knowledge. Now it’s time to package it.
An online programme is one of the most powerful things you can build as a natural health practitioner. It lets you serve more clients, create an income stream that doesn’t depend entirely on your diary, and position yourself as the go-to expert in your niche — without adding hours to your week.
The problem most practitioners face isn’t knowledge. It’s knowing where to start, which platform to use, how to price it, and how to actually get it in front of people who will buy it.
This workshop closes that gap.
In two focused hours, you will plan, structure and prepare to launch your first (or next) online programme. You will leave with a completed blueprint, a clear platform decision, a pricing framework, and a realistic launch plan — not a list of things to do someday.

- Why an online programme works — and why now is the right time to build one
- How to choose the right platform for your business (Stan.store, Thinkific, Kajabi, Practice Better, Skool and more) — with a plain-English comparison so you can decide without the tech overwhelm
- How to structure your modules and lessons so clients actually complete the programme and get results
- How to use AI tools to write your content, scripts and emails faster than you think possible
- How to price with confidence — including payment plan strategies that increase conversions
- How to onboard clients smoothly so they feel supported from day one
- How to market your programme with a 4-week pre-launch plan that builds momentum before you open the doors
- A full pre-launch checklist so nothing falls through the cracks
This is a working session. You will have your programme blueprint drafted before you leave.

This workshop is open to all ANP members — whether you are just starting to think about an online programme or you have tried before and want a clearer framework to get it over the line.
You do not need a big audience, a polished brand or any previous experience with online courses. You need your expertise and two hours.
