Committed to advancing women’s health – the menstrual cycle is a vital indicator when evaluating overall health status. In this talk Nikki addresses strategies to restore balance and vitality to menstrual cycles naturally, plus, how to support women transitioning through their peri and/or menopause life stage, all through the use of food and probiotics.
About the Presenter -Nikki Wan
Nikki Wan is a Nutritional Therapist who specialises in Women’s Health & Menstrual Cycle Recovery.
Following burn out and menstrual health issues, Nikki set out on a journey to better understand how to use food and probiotics to help her body. Along the way she learned that it also takes changes to lifestyle and some targeted probiotics to get across the line. She helps women with PMS and period issues as well as supporting women with peri/menopause problems and helping her clients to feel great in their own body again.
