Description
A blood test – sometimes referred to as a blood panel – is a laboratory examination of a blood sample used to check for a variety of things, including the functioning of certain organs (such as the liver, kidneys, thyroid and heart). In this course, Holly will explain and how to read and interpret the following tests:
- A Complete Blood Count (CBC) and Heamatinics
- Inflammation Markers and Lipd Panels
- Blood Glucose and Thyroid Panels
- Kidney Functions, Electrolytes and Vitamin D Testing
- Liver and Pancreatic Functions Testing
- Sex Hormones and Cancer Markers
Holly will also look at other markers and functional testings not available in the standard testings above and will guide us in their interpretations.
