Client Support Co-Ordinator- MATERNITY COVER (5 days per week)
The London Clinic of Nutrition is a leading nutrition and functional medicine practice.
Your role will be mainly administrative support so you will ensure the highest quality of service is provided for our clients.
Brief Overview of Role:
This is a fully remote role, 5 days per week for a 1yr maternity cover contract.
- Delivering industry-leading customer service
- To ensure all clinic procedures are adhered to and completed in a timely manner in line with clinic needs.
- Taking payments and booking appointments
- Replying to a large volume of emails and answering phone calls
- Test ordering and liaising with laboratories, ensuring test results are back with patients before their follow up.
- Booking couriers and facilitating client sample collection.
- Processing client test results
- General enquiries and administrative tasks
- To assist with any other clinic duties as required, including supporting the assistant manager and admin team.
Skills required (essential)
- Experience of working within a medical/clinical environment
- High level organisational, computer and administrative skills
- Capable of remaining calm and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Strong team player
- High level spoken and written communication skills
- Someone who is good at multi-tasking and has the ability to use their initiative
- Someone who is a quick learner and a team player
- Ability to work flexibly to suit the hours and needs of the business
Skills Desirable
- Knowledge of the nutrition/medical sector
- Familiar with ordering tests through functional testing labs
- Familiar with clinic software
