Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the in-house team of HHC Technical Advisors, including recruitment, work allocation, training and appraisals.
  • Undertake and manage the HHC Technical Team input into new product development (NPD), including idea generation, formulation creation, safety and efficacy analysis, training and marketing support.
  • Lead the consumer & customer education strategy and it’s implementation.
  • Support commercial functions via staff, distributor and customer training, responding to technical queries and attending customer meetings/visits as needed.
  • Manage and undertake product training for ADM Protexin staff.
  • Support conference and exhibitions
  • Work in conjunction with the Medical Team on safety documentation and adverse event reporting protocols and compliance
  • Work in conjunction with the Marketing department (UK and US) and partner outside agencies to develop marketing resources, media, website and social media content, packaging text and other resources as needed.
  • Assist the Regulatory Team with technical documents/ queries to enable registration and ensure compliance of HHC products.
  • Assist the Quality Team with risk assessments by reviewing factory- wide ingredient specifications for cross- contamination risk.
  • Be a contact for human health enquires via phone and e-mail.
  • Respond to product complaints, and as needed.

Your Profile

  • Degree or diploma in Human Nutrition, Nutritional Science, Nutritional Therapy or similar qualification.
  • Experience working in a similar role and people managing is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting technical information.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
