Partnerships Manager

Nutrable is seeking a partnerships manager to assist the partnerships team in growing commercial and strategic partnerships with companies across a range of industries, to provide Nutrable’s dedicated nutrition support service.  The role will involve opening doors and starting conversations with contacts through new outreach methods and networking opportunities. Developing close relationships with partners and leveraging sales skills to forge successful commercial deals will be an important focus of the role. The individual will focus on closing deals following a consultative sales process, selling in a nutrition support software solution (SAAS). Nutrable’s partners include, insurance firms, health-tech’s, HR technology firms, sports companies, coworking spaces, consultancies, gyms. The sales associate will be part of a small entrepreneurial team based in London. Candidates need to be entrepreneurial and have energy, passion and a willingness to learn and “do whatever it takes”. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious startup early on, in an industry growing 20% annually. 

Responsibilities

Working at a start-up means your job description changes daily.  For those who like a broad range of responsibilities and have an insatiable appetite to learn, this could be an ideal role.  The key responsibilities include the following:

Targeting & CRM 

  • Industry research into potential partnerships and business growth opportunities.
  • Identifying potential target partner companies. 
  • Managing and building the company’s CRM database  

Strategy

  • Defining partnerships strategy 
  • Optimising packages and pricing
  • Working closely with product and nutrition team to refine the service

Sales

  • Creating collateral and business development presentations
  • Contacting potential partners (calls and in-person meetings)
  • Negotiating agreements and commercial terms 

Partner Operations

  • Contract management
  • Client revenue management, reconciliation, and accounting oversight
  • Business modeling and projections
  • Close collaboration with marketing team to promote partnerships

Requirements & Skills

Nutrable weighs passion and commitment over experience.   We are looking for bright self-starters who are ambitious about their career and have a hunger to be active participants and grow a business.  The requirements include:

  • University degree
  • 5+ years experience in partnerships or B2B sales. 
  • Experience selling employee wellness solutions is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • CRM tool experience (salesforce, pipedrive, Monday CRM)
  • Strong analytical skills (good with numbers and data tools)
  • Strong writing and verbal skills
  • Business Software (Word, Excel, PPT)

Role Type

A contractor agreement will require 3 days of work per week.  The executive will be responsible for managing their own schedule.  

Compensation 

Compensation will be composed of a base monthly salary plus sales commission.
