Main purposes of job | Work in yoga retreat centre in Spain (near to Barcelonea) Creating dishes from 10 and up to 20 people per retreat (different group every week) To inspire / train a support member in the kitchen One day off per week |
Key tasks | Choose, prepare and create 2-3 healthy veg / vegan per day. Source and order ingredients. Train one other in the kitchen. |
Key results/objectives | Making guests feel good with the food they eat at the centre. Share food that looks colourful and delicious. Possibly have a slight twist of India theme coming into the food. |
Responsible for staff/equipment | Train one other team member/ kitchen helper Have fully equipped kitchen |
